Hallo all in Weathermaster

I am writing to you about messaged l let to Maurice, regarding a window l could not open. This is going on 2 mths now, l let you know l sorted my self, but a call back would had being nice. I got my windows and door done last December, work manship was fantastic and men were very nice and joy to have about the house for 2 days
My only problem was with my agent Maurice, he sent the wrong door design and 2 big windows wrong design also, but l sorted with Matt and all were changed for me.
I found weather master very nice to work with, Matt and Fiona great to talk with and help me with my problems mainly caused by Maurice.
Thanks A

We recently replaced all the windows in our home with triple-glazed uPVC and installed a new composite front door with WeatherMaster Kerry, and the transformation is incredible. Coming from 20-year-old double glazing and an old solid wooden door, the difference in warmth and draft prevention was immediate—stormy weather stays completely outdoors now!

The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Cathal conducted our initial survey and was brilliant—knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely attentive as he guided us through all options to find a tailored solution. On installation day, the fitting crew was equally impressive: professional, highly experienced, and extremely careful around our house. They went out of their way to cause minimal disruption and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of every day. Zero issues throughout. I highly recommend WeatherMaster Kerry to anyone looking for top-tier quality and service!

Very pleased with the installation of new front door and windows, which was carried out meticulously by Sean. The lead time was longer than originally suggested but the end product is great. No sound from strong winds, definite improved insulation and interior warmth, more light and better views from the chosen windows. I would welcome a little instruction leaflet on operating the sophisticated door mechanism, explaining how to open and lock it.

We recently chose Weather Master Tralee to replace our 19 windows and doors with new passive-house triple-glazed units, and we are extremely pleased with the outcome.

From our first contact through to completion, the whole process was handled professionally and efficiently.

Maurice, Lesley, Mike, Denis, Bernard and the wider team were friendly, approachable and clearly took great pride in their work.

The installers were very careful and respectful in our home, worked with minimal disruption and left everything spotless at the end of each day.

The difference the new windows and doors have made is immediately noticeable, and the overall quality, fitting and finish are excellent.

Lesley and Maurice also helped us with the grant application process, and made it nice and easy for us.

It was a very positive experience from start to finish, and we would gladly recommend Weather Master Tralee to anyone considering upgrading their home.

What a fantastic experience I have had with Weathermaster. Maurice was so kind and willing and he helped me chose the door and advised me about suitable colours and he was 100% spot on with the choice. What a down to earth, kind & helpful man. Bernard then came to measure for the door. At this point my gammy door had become difficult to open and close. Bernard didn't just measure, he actually fixed it in a way that I could use it more freely, while I waited for my new door. Talk about going the extra mile. Thank you Bernard you are a gent. Then Martin came to install the new door. Martin did a terrific job, so precise and so tidy. Thanks so much Martin.
What an experience, I love the door, exceptional quality, and the team I dealt with for the process were nothing short of amazing. If you are looking for a seamless, stress free, professional and exceptional experience I would 💯 % recommend Weathermaster Kerry.

We got all of our windows and doors replaced by Weathermaster in February. Cathal has been amazing since day one, he came for an estimate and measuring once we decided to go ahead. We have a few windows with arches and two big bay windows, Cathal made sure to make templates of them and checked dimensions mutilple times to make sure it was exactly right. We went to their showroom to pick out windows and doors, and Cathals advice was spot on. He's been communicative and helpful the entire time. Matt and the install team were equally as fabulous! The did a fantastic job and the fitting was top class. Their work is absolutely stunning and they were so nice and respectful the entire time. I have a few indoor cats and they were so good about coordinating with me about what rooms they needed access to so I could lock the cats in one room while they were fitting the windows. We are so happy with our windows and doors and would highly recommend Weathermaster to everyone. Their windows and doors are super high quality and they obviously take pride in their work which is completed to the highest standard. Thank you!!

Weathermaster are very impressive. Right from the first call from Maurice, who is a gent and a very easy to deal with.
Like everyone, we were looking for good work done at a fair price. They came and measured and were back to fit in a couple of weeks. The windows seem to be of great quality. The lads added new window boards, plastered up the surround and left the house spotless. I couldn't recommend them more.

We recently had a new front door installed with glass panels either side and an arched frame, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From the outset, Maurice was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with, making the whole process straightforward from start to finish.

The quality of the door is excellent, and the fitter did a really neat and professional job. He even returned the following day to carefully make good around the old door frames, which says a lot about the attention to detail.

I can’t recommend Weathermaster Kerry highly enough — great service, great workmanship, and lovely quality doors

5 stars, began as soon as i rang for a chat, regards options and quotes, i had Maurice call be back immediately and called to me within 2 to 3 days ,Maurice gave me some fabulous ideas for example 2 large picture windows instead of 4 small windows, as part of tge over all job which we are thrilled we went with, the extra light is amazing
He went through everything with both myself and my husband twice to make sure we understood and wer happy with what we wer getting ,he had a quote over to us with in an hour of taking measurements,
Such Professional Installation: Ger and Mike wer meticulous, efficient, arrived early every morning and worked hard all day, they left the place spotless,I remember they stopping me from picking up something from the ground when passing one day and they saying that's our job, lovely guys
I have since on many occasions recommended Weather Master and will continue to do so

Lovely quality doors. I had the Cambridge Palladio door fitted at the front, and a new glass door fitted at the back. Maurice was great from start to finish and made the whole process so easy. The fitter did an extremely neat job, especially when returning the next day to make good any gaps from old door frames to new. Would highly recommend Weathermaster Kerry for all your new doors.

We are return customers to Weathermaster. Our first point of contact was Cathal, measuring up and quoting and giving us his expert opinion on excellent windows and doors. Ger and Mike were then experienced fitters with an eye for detail. Arrived when they said they would, first thing in morning, and working all day. Left their work area spotless. Any messages I left with the office staff were returned and dealt with. I have no hesitation in recommending the Weathermaster team.

I recently had need to replace some windows and a door in my house. Having look around for a while at the various options available I called to Weathermaster in Tralee. I got all the information I needed there form the staff in the showroom and arrange for a salesperson to call. Cathal called a few days later, measured up everything and sent a quote the following day. We were happy with the quote and placed our order. The order arrived a few weeks later. The installation team arrived on time as arranged. Fitting took less than a day. Very neat, tidy and professional. I would recommend Weathermaster to anyone thinking of changing windows or door. Very nice people to deal with.

The difference in heat retention was noticeable from day one . The lads arrived when they said and completed the job with no fuss and were clean and tidy throughout . They also supplied and fitted new Fascia , Soffet and Guttering . Many thanks to Brendan and all the team . Highly recommended !

I had 8 Windows and a patio doors fitted by Weathermaster Kerry. The workmen were a pleasure to deal with. They were all fitted in one day, on the second day it was finishing off the plastering around the doors and windows. Very tidy overall. Would highly recommend them.

Just short Note to say a BIG THANK YOU to the entire Weather-Master Team in Tralee who carried out the refit works (doors & windows) to our house in March 2023. Professional from Start to Finish. Cathal for your patience, time and help answering all those questions & making recommendations to help us choose the right end product. To the installation team (Ger, Mikes *3 and Pops) who completed the works on time with a great degree of care, professionalism and attention to detail - Thank you. Overall result - Perfect

Waiting for a call out from the salesman for repairs to conservatory, he was very prompt replying to our call, so next week will decide on whether or not we pick them.

Delighted I shopped local with Weathermaster for new windows and doors. Total professional outfit from office team to sales rep and the two fitters who installed were the best tradesmen I ever came across. They take great pride in their work and their attention to detail was second to none. I have no hesitation in recommending Weathermaster with 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

From the very first phone call, to Cathal calling out to measure up and through to the instillation of the windows and doors the service was outstanding. The finish was second to none. The door is fantastic and the windows are lovely. Cathal listen and give really good advice. The instillation team were very experienced and thorough. They didn't rush the job. The lads in the office were a pleasure to deal with. Truly delighted. I would highly recommend weather master.
